Excellent first visit to the Rock Dental Practice. All the staff are friendly and professional. Particularly liked the 'real time' discussion about the Xray results - shown on a screen in the surgery a few minutes after they were taken. Can't get much better than that for patient care.

- My dentist merged with the Rock practice a short while ago, and then moved on, so I had only had an initial inspection with the new dentist but found them most welcoming.
On Saturday I lost a Crown from my front tooth and as I had important presentations on Tuesday I was a little concerned.
I rang on Sunday morning to leave a message and was totally surprised when I got a call back an hour later. I discussed the problem and although they were fully booked, I was found a slot on Monday afternoon. The treatment was excellent and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
The icing on the cake however was a call from the practice on Tuesday morning to enquire if everything was alright.
The level of customer service I received is almost unknown these days, so thank you and excellent work. -
First appointment at the rock house dental practice today. Would recommend them -especially for someone who is either nervous or haven’t been to the dentist for awhile (this was me) .

been on denplan for a while now and i love it regular appointments and hygienist visits. never thought i would say a dentist visit would be pleasant but it was i had a toothe out and didnt feel a thing numbing cream applied before injecting that huge needle which made it so much more comfortable. aftercare was also given with icepack, healing gel and gauze. very happy.

I have come to know my hygienist, Dawn Everitt as more like a friend now. Paul & Sally - Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. I was so impressed I’m now moving to them to look after my teeth from now on.

- I may have been one of Dr Anoup Nandra's more challenging patients,requiring some intricate treatment , having lost my teeth after years of having crowns caps
fillings etc from a previous dentist I must say! It came the time I needed to bite the bullet, no pun intended ! to have dentures ,something I'd dreaded as my lower jaw was very thin and no matter how much fixative poligrip eg they were always on the move and uncomfortable, so I did some research as to what options I had, to overcome the problem, fortunately that's when I came across Dr Nandra who sympathetically assessed my situation and recommended I had an implant retained overdenture , I did and was he right ! that was about eight years ago, unfortunately I accidentally broke the denture recently ,so I phoned the Rock Team they got me in straight away, Dr Nandra soon sorted me out and now I'm chomping at the bit again, just in time for all the Christmas nuts and nice eats so to anyone who has a similar dental problem ,don't suffer, get in touch with the Rock team , I'd highly recommend them . - I have been a patient for many years and would not go anywhere else, despite living some distance away.
