I am so impressed with the treatment I have received at Rock Dental. I was referred by my dentist for periorthodontic treatment.
The appointment process was efficient with periodic reminders by text and email and printed receipts after appointments.
I had my gum graft procedure in March and stitches removed yesterday. Hardeep and his colleague were so gentle and careful when undertaking the procedure, taking the time to explain each stage and ensure I was comfortable.
Whilst the procedure is to strengthen the gum and not regain coverage, it has improved coverage across all the teeth and I think this is testament to their skill and thorough explanation of the aftercare involved.
I am so impressed with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to undertake future treatment here or recommend them to others.
- My dentist merged with the Rock practice a short while ago, and then moved on, so I had only had an initial inspection with the new dentist but found them most welcoming.
On Saturday I lost a Crown from my front tooth and as I had important presentations on Tuesday I was a little concerned.
I rang on Sunday morning to leave a message and was totally surprised when I got a call back an hour later. I discussed the problem and although they were fully booked, I was found a slot on Monday afternoon. The treatment was excellent and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
The icing on the cake however was a call from the practice on Tuesday morning to enquire if everything was alright.
The level of customer service I received is almost unknown these days, so thank you and excellent work. - I have been a patient of Dr Nandra for many years.
Over this time the standard of care that I have received has always been truly outstanding.
Other members of staff I have encountered, both reception and nursing have been friendly, very helpful and totally professional. - Very welcoming staff at reception who were polite and respectful, unlike other experiences i have had even before being seen by a dentist. The dental treatment which was complex was performed with excellence and more professionally.
The practice itself was very clean and modern having the latest equipment to provide a pleasant patient experience. -
been on denplan for a while now and i love it regular appointments and hygienist visits. never thought i would say a dentist visit would be pleasant but it was i had a toothe out and didnt feel a thing numbing cream applied before injecting that huge needle which made it so much more comfortable. aftercare was also given with icepack, healing gel and gauze. very happy.

- I had used rock house for an emergency treatment and they seen me within an hour and managed to alleviate the pain. I then had a few more treatments too.

- Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. I was so impressed I’m now moving to them to look after my teeth from now on.
- I’ve been with Rock Dental for a long time. Today I went for a review of a root canal done last year by Dr Kristlee Fernandes. When it was done I couldn’t believe how painless the whole procedure had been. Kris put me at ease and was very gentle. All went well at today’s review so I know he did an excellent job. The practice is now at its new location (273 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton), which is beautifully appointed, spacious, warm and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

- Today I had my first appointment to see what work I needed doing and form a treatment plan, I'm an extremely nervous patient but I have to say this is a 5 star dentist with a 5 star service. The dentist I saw was brilliant! He was very clam and explained everything to me, I wasn't rushed and I left not dreading my next few appointments.
