- Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. Thank you - I may have been one of Dr Anoup Nandra's more challenging patients,requiring some intricate treatment , having lost my teeth after years of having crowns caps
fillings etc from a previous dentist I must say! It came the time I needed to bite the bullet, no pun intended ! to have dentures ,something I'd dreaded as my lower jaw was very thin and no matter how much fixative poligrip eg they were always on the move and uncomfortable, so I did some research as to what options I had, to overcome the problem, fortunately that's when I came across Dr Nandra who sympathetically assessed my situation and recommended I had an implant retained overdenture , I did and was he right ! that was about eight years ago, unfortunately I accidentally broke the denture recently ,so I phoned the Rock Team they got me in straight away, Dr Nandra soon sorted me out and now I'm chomping at the bit again, just in time for all the Christmas nuts and nice eats so to anyone who has a similar dental problem ,don't suffer, get in touch with the Rock team , I'd highly recommend them .
- These guys have proved time and again for me that they care more, when I needed emergency care they performed miracles and then repeatedly rang me to check how I was. Then they coached me to make sure it didn't reoccur. They've repeatedly told me not to have treatment if they wouldn't themselves rather than just selling to the max. I went private after not being able to find an NHS dentist which is something I didn’t really want to do. The costs are very reasonable and the service is exceptional.

Thank you to every member of staff 👏 - I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years and have always found them to be caring and professional. Had my first appointment at their new location today. It's slightly nearer to town than the old location and is very smart and spacious. I'm sure that the treatment there will be as efficient as the old one.
- My dentist merged with the Rock practice a short while ago, and then moved on, so I had only had an initial inspection with the new dentist but found them most welcoming.
On Saturday I lost a Crown from my front tooth and as I had important presentations on Tuesday I was a little concerned.
I rang on Sunday morning to leave a message and was totally surprised when I got a call back an hour later. I discussed the problem and although they were fully booked, I was found a slot on Monday afternoon. The treatment was excellent and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
The icing on the cake however was a call from the practice on Tuesday morning to enquire if everything was alright.
The level of customer service I received is almost unknown these days, so thank you and excellent work. -
First appointment at the rock house dental practice today. Would recommend them -especially for someone who is either nervous or haven’t been to the dentist for awhile (this was me) .
A very thorough assessment and talked through everything and different options , were not pushy over recommendations and treatment plans - I recently joined this dentist and Dr Simran delivers absolutely excellent service. All of my treatments have been phenomenal and have caused me no issues! Feeling confident to continue there as a client :)

Aug 2016 - Fantastic Dental Practice & Staff! Highly recommended. Treated like royalty and staff are wonderful and a credit to the practice. No wonder they have so many 5 star reviews on Google! So glad I found them and joined the practice! - Fantastic dentists who really care about their patients and try and do as much as they can to help! I have always been treated kindly by all of the staff and would recommend anyone to them.
- Steve has seen my father to resize his dentures. My father is in a home and suffers from dementia so it is quite a challenging situation. Steve and the whole team made the process as seamless as possible. He explained each step of the process and was never short of time with my father and I to go into any more detail should we need to further understand anything. Steve was so patient with my father throughout.
After the impressions were taken newly refitted dentures were back within days and they were sparking clean and fitted perfectly.
I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Rock Dental highly enough. -

- phoned 9.30 saturday morning with dental emergency the lady on the phone was so helpful and understanding she got me a appointment for 10.15 . When i got there i was seen straight away seeing i was in pain and a bit distressed they were very patient with me the dentist explained everything clearly to me what the problem was and what my options were i was treated there and then.
