Natalie Doughty
Dental Practice Manager

Natalie has been in dentistry for 15 years, working with different dentists and in different fields of dentistry. She has provided nursing, radiography, treatment coordinating, promotional roles and is now managing the practice.

Natalie holds a national certificate for dental nursing and is a qualified radiographer. To keep her professional development up to date she regularly attends courses including CPR, first aid and fire training.

Natalie started working with Dr Nandra in Birmingham in 2006, where she developed her skills for implant nursing and her role as treatment coordinator.

Natalie says "This was a fantastic opportunity for me and I really enjoyed this role. I was able to work closely with the patient following their journey and creating an extraordinary patient experience. What I enjoy most about my job is seeing the end result for a patient, making a difference in how they feel about themselves through their smile. It is a delight to work with such a friendly team all dedicated to patient care and passionate about each of our roles."

Natalie joined the Rock House Dental Practice team in 2013 as assistant manager.

Outside of work, Natalie is a busy mum of three living in the local area. She has recently taken an interest in cooking and baking. Not quite time for the bake-off yet though! Natalie regularly visits the gym and loves spending time eating out with friends.
