Having completed his undergraduate training in 2003, and his post-graduate surgical training in 2008, Juan worked as Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon / Implant Surgeon in a specialist practice in Venezuela. Later he was appointed Consultant of the Unit or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in a Hospital in Caracas, Venezuela. Since 2014, Juan has worked as a speciality Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.

Juan is at the practice to provide oral surgical treatments including cyst removal, bone grafting and the removal of impacted wisdom teeth.

Dr Dopazo takes all forms of oral surgical referrals such as:

Sinus Lifting and Bone Grafting
Surgical Dental Implant Placement and Dental Implant Removal
Soft Tissue and Bone Biopsies
Surgical Extractions (wisdom teeth, retained canines etc...)
Orthodontic Exposure and Bonding
Frenectomies
Apicectomies

In his spare time, Juan works as a scout for Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club. Another football addict!
