Medico legal instruction

Dr Anoup Nandra is on the medico legal panel of many law firms and agencies. As a result, he receives regular instructions for medico legal reporting or examination.

Reports on the instruction of lawyers acting for claimants or defendants, together with single joint and agreed expert instructions are available. All reports are fully compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules. Reports are normally submitted within four weeks of instruction. Digital radiographs and intra-oral photographs form part of condition & prognosis reports.

What is a medico legal report?

A medico legal report is an independent unbiased view provided in a written report. Insurance companies and solicitors often request this report (known as an instruction), however, it is always made for the attention of a court. The report is a legal document.
