First appointment at the rock house dental practice today. Would recommend them -especially for someone who is either nervous or haven’t been to the dentist for awhile (this was me) .
A very thorough assessment and talked through everything and different options , were not pushy over recommendations and treatment plans
- Fitted me in very quickly for an emergency appointment when my dentist was ill.
The dentist I saw did a thorough examination to establish problem, including taking an x-ray of the problem tooth. Whilst the x-ray was being uploaded she explained to me what she thought the problem was. When the x-ray came through she posted it on the screen so that I could see what and where the problem was whilst she explained. She prescribed antibiotics and advised me to keep my dental appointment on Tuesday at my usual dentist. Thank you.
- I had a wisdom tooth extracted at Rock House Dental Practice and am very happy with the service. Dr. Nandra was brilliant, it was all done in just a few minutes and I didn't feel a thing. - I am so impressed with the treatment I have received at Rock Dental. I was referred by my dentist for periorthodontic treatment.
The appointment process was efficient with periodic reminders by text and email and printed receipts after appointments.
I had my gum graft procedure in March and stitches removed yesterday. Hardeep and his colleague were so gentle and careful when undertaking the procedure, taking the time to explain each stage and ensure I was comfortable.
Whilst the procedure is to strengthen the gum and not regain coverage, it has improved coverage across all the teeth and I think this is testament to their skill and thorough explanation of the aftercare involved.
I am so impressed with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to undertake future treatment here or recommend them to others. - Natalie kindly introduced me to the practise 5 years ago, and I haven't looked back. - phoned 9.30 saturday morning with dental emergency the lady on the phone was so helpful and understanding she got me a appointment for 10.15 . When i got there i was seen straight away seeing i was in pain and a bit distressed they were very patient with me the dentist explained everything clearly to me what the problem was and what my options were i was treated there and then. - Today I had my first appointment to see what work I needed doing and form a treatment plan, I'm an extremely nervous patient but I have to say this is a 5 star dentist with a 5 star service. - Excellent!. Recently attended the practice with my mother in law who is extremely nervous. From the moment we stepped into the practice we were made very welcome. The staff were all very courteous and the level of care received by Dr Anoup Nandra was exceptional. He addressed her needs with great attention in a very calming manner. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. A very good service, though it comes at a price. - I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. They are kind, considerate and eminently professional. They were also nothing short of amazing when my autistic son needed s wisdom tooth removed. They were so expert and understanding with him they removed the tooth without the need for a general anaesthetic and hospital visit. Brilliant.
