Thank you to Dr Nadra and the team. - Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. - Steve has seen my father to resize his dentures. My father is in a home and suffers from dementia so it is quite a challenging situation. Steve and the whole team made the process as seamless as possible. He explained each step of the process and was never short of time with my father and I to go into any more detail should we need to further understand anything. Steve was so patient with my father throughout.
After the impressions were taken newly refitted dentures were back within days and they were sparking clean and fitted perfectly.
I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Rock Dental highly enough. - Today I had my first appointment to see what work I needed doing and form a treatment plan, I'm an extremely nervous patient but I have to say this is a 5 star dentist with a 5 star service. The dentist I saw was brilliant! He was very clam and explained everything to me, I wasn't rushed and I left not dreading my next few appointments. - I’ve been with Rock Dental for a long time. Today I went for a review of a root canal done last year by Dr Kristlee Fernandes. When it was done I couldn’t believe how painless the whole procedure had been. Kris put me at ease and was very gentle. All went well at today’s review so I know he did an excellent job. The practice is now at its new location (273 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton), which is beautifully appointed, spacious, warm and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
- These guys have proved time and again for me that they care more, when I needed emergency care they performed miracles and then repeatedly rang me to check how I was. Then they coached me to make sure it didn't reoccur. They've repeatedly told me not to have treatment if they wouldn't themselves rather than just selling to the max.
