Very welcoming staff at reception who were polite and respectful, unlike other experiences i have had even before being seen by a dentist. The dental treatment which was complex was performed with excellence and more professionally.
The practice itself was very clean and modern having the latest equipment to provide a pleasant patient experience.

Had to have an emergency appointment, followed up with an extraction. They were really accommodating and sympathetic, I got treatment really promptly. Even the procedure was ok because they paid great attention to pain relief . - I recently joined this dentist and Dr Simran delivers absolutely excellent service. All of my treatments have been phenomenal and have caused me no issues! Feeling confident to continue there as a client :)

- As an anxious patient, I can't thank this practice enough. They seem to go above and beyond to put the patient at ease. I was seen promptly by a fantastic dentist, who recommended a filling instead of a crown, which to me shows honesty and a care for saving as much of a tooth, over profit. Highly recommend this dental practice. - Having broken my crown on Thursday, 19th December 2025 in the morning , I visited the practice hoping that they could help me, especially near Christmas time! The lady at the reception was most helpful saying that I would be able to see someone within 40 minutes, considering that they had appointments during the day. Aran who saw me was very professional in every way, explaining to me what the cause could be. Having a temporary crown fitted on the same day felt like an early Christmas present. I couldn't thank her enough. A credit to Rock Dental and all the team. I wish them a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
- Great practice with very professional staff. Dr Nandra and his team always put my family at ease about trips to the dentist and even my 2 under 5 now enjoy their visits which is a result given they wouldn’t even go into the room on their first trip! Could not recommend the practice enough.

- Have been a patient at rock house for a few years now (my wife too). We find them to be professional, polite and outstanding. The reception team are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recently had a root canal procedure and was feeling quite nervous, the team at rock house recognised this and called me several times to talk through the procedure (calls from clinician/dentist/reception).
