Receptionist listened intently to my problem and asked if could be there within the hour. Upon my arrival found plenty of car parking space. I was greeted by name and requested to fill in form with my personal details. Then at the appointed time I was seen by the dentist. He gave a thorough examination and X-rays. He was very cooperative and professional. He outlined a course of treatment required which I found most informative as my old dentist had not identified any of my problems.Alan Purslow 9/06/2023

All dental work and anything that needs to be checked or kept note of is always fully explained to me.

Dr Nandra, Dawn and the team are always friendly and professional and make a potentially nerve wracking experience, for the anxious-patient like me, relaxed and (almost!) enjoyable. - I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. They are kind, considerate and eminently professional. They were also nothing short of amazing when my autistic son needed s wisdom tooth removed. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. A very good service, though it comes at a price. - I was very happy with all aspects of my visit to Rock House. From the very welcoming staff, to the excellent professionalism of the team who undertook my treatment. Over this time the standard of care that I have received has always been truly outstanding.
Other members of staff I have encountered, both reception and nursing have been friendly, very helpful and totally professional. - I had used rock house for an emergency treatment and they seen me within an hour and managed to alleviate the pain. I had some concerns with one treatment but Anoup has gone above and beyond to ensure that this was rectified. I genuinely can’t fault their approach to customer satisfaction. - This practice has a very professional and relaxed feel about it. The treatment is carefully planned and executed.
